Store Policy

Delivery

Bali Gift Bag is an online and offline gift service company; we operate at the retail storefront. You can pick up your gift bags in our store in Seminyak or we can make arrangements to deliver the gift to the airport, your villa, hotel or any other requested place in Bali. We also have a direct shipping to your event or wedding in Bali.

Orders require up to 5 business days to process (depending on our existing orders). Orders during the holidays may require extra time.


The gift is delivered by GoJek or in case you requested airport welcome and pick up service - by private transportation service.


If you are ordering on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be processed on Monday however we do everything to process your order as soon as possible. 

When you checkout with 1-2 day shipping, this is the *shipping* speed after our 10 day turnaround time.

Please make sure that you use the correct delivery address in Bali when checking out with your order. We do not issue refunds for incorrect shipping addresses and extra delivery fees apply for a new delivery.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the items we include to our gift bags we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. Each welcome bag is made exclusively for the recipient.

In the unlikely event that there is any damage to the gift bag on delivery, please contact us immediately via email at hello@baligiftbag.com or via WhatsApp +62 813 5387 0828.

Cancellations

We do not accept any cancellations after the purchase has been made. If you wish to modify your gift bag please reach out to us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do or best to assist you with any changes.
